Ivan Hindarko
Chief Executive Officer
Ivan Hindarko has extensive working experience, encompassing virtually all facets of business, from general management, corporate strategy, business development and joint venture, to merger & acquisition and B2B sales, in prominent companies in their respective industry.
Prior to joining MPM, he was Country Director at Cargill Indonesia since early 2018.
Between 2013 and 2018, he was with Sinarmas Agribusiness & Food (Golden Agri Resources) as Director of its subsidiary as well as heading Corporate Business Development and Strategic Planning where he led the company's joint venture and M&A initiatives. Moving back further, he was with Sampoerna (Phillip Morris International) between 2005 and 2013, Bentoel Prima (British American Tobacco) between 2003 and 2005, and Asia Pulp & Paper between 2001 and 2003.
He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Brawijaya University, and Executive Education from National University of Singapore.

Mr. Andi Esfandiari previously served as Portfolio Director at PT. Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk. He currently holds several commissioner positions in healthcare, plantation, logistic and transportation sectors at Saratoga Group.

Patrick Adhiatmadja

Patrick Adhiatmadja joined PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Rent (MPMRent) in June 2022 as a commissioner of MPMRent. He had over 30 years of extensive and rich work experience in sales, marketing, business development and management roles with various multinational companies. In addition, he has experience in private equity.
Before joining MPMRent, he worked at Federal Lubricants as President Director and previously as Director of Business Development. Before that, Mr. Adhiatmadja worked as a private equity firm, Quvat, where he managed an investee company that developed an international submarine fiber optic cable project to a successful exit. Previously, he served as Director of Business Development for Motorola Networks Asia, leading Motorola broadband wireless development for the Asia region for more than 5 years. He served at Lucent Technologies Asia Pacific, as Chief Representative for Indonesia, and previously worked for the General Electric Company. He earned a bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering and continued his studies at INSEAD.
Oky Gunawan
Chief Commercial Officer
Oky Gunawan was appointed as Director based on the Resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on December 5, 2017. He obtained his Bachelor of Economic degree from the Parahyangan University, Bandung, in 1996
He has more than 20 years of experience in Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining the Company, he served for various companies, among others as Head of Sales and Marketing at PT LG Electronic (2016-2017), Country Head at PT Sony Communication Indonesia, and held various strategic position in Banking, FMCG, and Mobile phone industries.
He does not have any affiliation with other members of the Board of Director or the Board of Commissioners.
Devi Clark Munthe

Devi Clark Munthe was appointed as Director based on the Resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on October 10, 2017.
He earned Bachelor Degree in Social and Political Science from the Parahyangan University, Bandung, in 1997 and Master of Management Degree from University of Indonesia, in 2000. He has more than 20 years of experience in Operation & Marketing. Prior to joining the Company, he served for various companies, among others as General Manager Operation at PT Agility International (2010-2017), Senior Manager Operation and Marketing at PT Cardig Air (2008-2010) and for 7 (seven) years he supervised Operation, Warehouse and Marketing department at PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta.

Yoshiya Horigome

Yoshiya Horigome joined MPM group in Oct 2014, as a President Director of MPMAuto. Before he joined MPM, he has long experience in automotive industry working for global automotive companies with several leadership positions at Nissan Motor Company (Yokohama) and Mazda Motor Corporation (Hiroshima). He is very familiar with Indonesia market as he spent more than 7 years as an expatriate working in Indonesia.

March Teguh Armadi
Chief Financial Officer
March Teguh Armadi was appointed as Director based on the Resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on April 1, 2020. He earned Bachelor of Economic Degree, majoring in Accounting from the Atmajaya University. He has more than 18 years of experience in Finance & Audit. He started his early career as an auditor at KPMG and Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
Prior to joining the company, he worked as Country Finance Manager at PT Knauf Gypsum Indonesia (2017-2019). Previously, he was Finance Controller at PT Gitaswara Indonesia (2016-2017), Head of Commercial Finance held various strategic positions at PT Syngenta.
