SEVEN SERVICE EXCELLENCE AS MPMRENT COMMITMENT TO CELEBRATE NATIONAL CUSTOMER DAY

As one of the leading company which providing transportation rental services, PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Rent (MPMRent) was celebrating their gratitude to customer on National Customer Day or known as Hari Pelanggan Nasional on September 4, 2018.

 

MPMRent is extending the gratitude gesture by visiting and giving gifts as a surprise to loyal customers. MPMRent distributes chocolate cupcakes to 100 customers who rent a package of car with the driver, as well as giving special hampers to Top 20 customers such as PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk., PT BNI Multi Finance, PT Pinus Merah Abadi, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia.

 

MPMRent Director, Oky Gunawan, revealed that service excellence and customer satisfaction are the important core that need to be achieved in order to survive in a competitive market, therefore MPMRent carries out a new service commitment, namely “Seven Service Excellence” which consist of: In Time, Good Attitude, Caring & Empathy , Expertise, Listen Actively, Reliability, and Follow Up.
